1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) must be provided

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Accessories, jewelry, and intimate wear for hygiene reasons

  • Customized or altered items

  • Clearance or β€œSale” items marked as non-returnable


2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product:

  • Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos as evidence

  • Our team will verify and offer replacement or refund options

Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

If the requested size or product is unavailable, we will offer:
