1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Accessories, jewellery, and intimate wear due to hygiene reasons.
• Customized, personalized, or altered products.
• Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
• Our support team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

• Email us at info@ascotta.com with your order details.
• Our customer support team will review and authorize your request.
• Return the product to the address provided by our support team.
• Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.

Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for the return.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through:

• The original payment method.
• Store credit, if preferred by the customer.

Please allow approximately 5–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchange Policy

Product exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size, colour, or product is unavailable, we will offer:

• An alternative product.
• A full refund.
• Store credit.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it will be treated under our standard Return & Refund Policy.
