1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Clearance or sale items marked as non-returnable.

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

3. Return Process

• Our customer support team will review and authorize your request.
• Return the product to the address provided by our support team.
• Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.

Return shipping charges may apply depending on the reason for the return.

4. Refund Method

• Store credit, if preferred by the customer.

Please allow approximately 5–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If the requested size, colour, or product is unavailable, we will offer:
